Stringing across roads in the Balranald LGA
The EnergyConnect project team are continuing to advance construction activities on the transmission line from Buronga, NSW to Dinawan, near Bundure. This transmission line consists of 800 towers stretching over 376km.
Elecnor Australia will be stringing transmission lines across a number of roads in the Balranald Local Government Area (LGA) during March 2025 as part of this construction activity.
Locations impacted by this stringing activity are as follows:

Approximately 22km west of Balranald • Yanga Way Approximately 15km south of Balranald, near substation • Windomal Road Approximately 15km south-west of Balranald |
